Information on the treatment of personal data-Refusal to answer-User’s rights

The personal data of the party concerned could be communicated to the companies in Valentino Fashion Group SpA of which VFG Italy is a part, to the staff and to any third parties to which VFG Italy could commission the provision of services, strictly in relation to the aforementioned purposes.

Your personal data may be disclosed by VFG Italia to companies belonging to the Valentino Fashion Group S.p.A. which may use them solely to pursue the above mentioned purposes. Your personal data may also be known by third parties, service providers appointed as data processors or as persons in charge of the treatment by the data controller itself.

Providing your data is optional. To visit the Web site, you do not have to register and provide your personal data. However, your refusal to provide any additional personal data may entail the impossibility, for VFG Italy, to continue to pursue the purposes indicated above.

- the certification that the operations as per the previous points of this paragraph were notified, also with regard to their content, to those to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, except for the case in which such compliance is impossible or entails the use of means that is manifestly disproportionate with respect to the safeguarded right.

You are entitled to object, in full or in part:

- for legitimate reasons, to the treatment of your personal data, albeit pertinent to the purpose of the collection;

- to the treatment of personal data for the purposes of sending advertising materials or for any form of direct sale or for the execution of market research.
