If there’s something that has meant a lot to me over the years, it would be my children’s saddle.

Our son, Will, was the first to ride with it, and after he outgrew it, his sister used it, and, ultimately, their children took turns outgrowing it.
Will was four when he started using it. We bought a pony for him named Ginger, and little Ginger was a bit frisky. One day she bucked him off and tossed him out in the bush, out in an irrigation canal. And Will, having been taught that you get right back on again, just caught his pony, mounted up again and rode off.

There are lots of good memories riding on this saddle.
