SHIPPING

Shipments in Italy are delivered by DHL courier. Delivery is completed within 5 working days after order confirmation and costs €7.90.

Shipments in Europe (EU countries) are delivered by DHL courier. Orders are delivered within 5 working days after order confirmation at a cost of €15.00.

When your package is shipped, you will receive an email from our courier containing a tracking number to track your shipment.

Upon receipt of the package, we invite you to check that the package is intact; if it appears to have been tampered with, refuse to accept the package from the courier, specifying the reason on the shipping documents. This will help us process the return.

Shipments are always free for orders over €150.00

RETURNS

If you have changed your mind or are not completely satisfied with an item purchased from MCS, you can return it to us within fourteen (14) days of receiving the items and receive a refund, following the steps described below. No replacement service is available.

Goods must be returned in their original condition to be accepted as returned. The goods must not have been worn or washed and must be in a condition to be resold. Returned items must be accompanied by all packaging, tags and all related accessories and instruction manuals. No refunds will be made for returned items that are incomplete, damaged or dirty.

MCS will prosecute any fraudulent activity to the maximum extent permitted by law, including, without limitation, any attempts to cancel or request a refund of a charge validly made for an order that has been properly completed and delivered, and is not subject to the right of return.

HOW TO RETURN THE GOODS

Within 14 days of delivery of your order, you can access the return procedure directly from MCS website.
You can make a return request by clicking here.

Once you have completed the online return form, you will receive a return authorization number and our courier will send you a return label to affix to the package.
Prepare the package, taking care to insert the items in their original condition, with labels and in their original packaging.

Seal the package, remembering to affix the label sent to you by our courier on the outside. Now the package is ready...You just have to wait for the courier to pick it up.

That’s it! Your return is complete! You will be refunded within 15 day from when you make the return, by the method of payment you used to make your online purchase.
